Biancarosa
Rose spumante with second fermentation in the bottle, zero residual sugar, obtained from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes.
The bottle-aging on the lees, around 120 days, gives this wine a fine perlage and a pleasant aromatic complexity, which thanks to the two selected vines, offers hints of bread crust in harmony with nuances of red fruits.
Biancarosa has zero residual sugar, it's dry and fresh on the palate, representing an excellent pairing during the aperitif or with fried food and fish dishes.
